NCE was started in 2018 by Nick McHugh after spending several years Civil Engineering on many prestigious projects working for large and small main contractors.
Working on many different types of projects has provided NCE with the knowledge to be able to provide an Engineering solution to all aspects of construction. Since it's incorporation we have provided services to several long term clients.
